Our Mission
& Philosophy
Clarion Call Capital believes that access to healthcare, clean water and sanitation, renewable energy, public transportation, quality affordable housing, and education are fundamental human rights.

Impact Investing Through Municipal Fixed Income
Municipal fixed income markets are uniquely positioned for financial return, impact, advocacy, and activism. Few, if any, thoughtful and exacting investor options exist focusing on financial performance, as well as environmental and social equity.
Public Fixed Income is Foundational to Meet Demand for Diversified Impact Portfolios
Clarion Call Capital enables fixed income investors to align their values with the way they invest. Today, investor focus is almost exclusively paid to public equities and alternatives, like venture capital and private equity, with little attention to fixed income as a better, risk-adjusted impact solution.
Experienced Investor Using Impact Principles to Enhance Financial Returns
As the portfolio manager who created and managed the largest tax-exempt fixed income impact strategy at AllianceBernstein, Clarion Call Founder Eric Glass developed a wholly differentiated and proven due diligence process to maximize financial, environmental, and social returns investing exclusively in low socioeconomic communities.
Bringing Activism and
Advocacy to Mainstream Fixed Income Markets
We use financial and investor influence to partner and collaborate with community to expedite environmental and social change. We work to uplift investments to benefit all people and divest from those that perpetuate harm, injustice, and inequality.
About Impact Investing
"You can't do impact investing on a passive basis. Digging into and deeply engaging with an issuer's intent and focus is foundational. Those investors who want to do impact investing thoughtfully, need active, experienced guidance to navigate intentionally vague and misleading statements."
- Eric Glass, CEO & Founder

Proven, Successful Financial Track Record as a Fixed Income Portfolio Manager
Combining the skillsets of credit analytics, trading and traditional portfolio management, Eric developed, launched, and oversaw the growth of AllianceBernstein’s municipal impact bond strategy from $0 to $1.5 billion between 2016 and 2021. The investment portfolio achieved better-than-market returns and built equitable infrastructure in poor communities.
Established Career as Activist Investor with Longstanding Dedication to Social Impact
Eric led a coalition of investors and activists who disrupted prison construction in Alabama. Co-founder of the Investors Circle Toward Decarceration, he encourages investors and capital market participants to divest from prisons and jails and re-invest to uplift communities. Through his investment strategy, Eric has also worked to eradicate lead service lines and advocate for child safety. Eric’s career began helping to manage Isaiah House, a transitional homeless shelter in New Jersey.
